Alicia Husband, NCIDQ
Director of Interiors

Practically a native to the Charlotte area, Alicia has lived here since she was very young. She has seen Charlotte survive and thrive during the past thirty years and can’t think of another place as being her home. Shortly after college Alicia joined the firm in 2007 as a project designer gaining experience in hotel, restaurant, commercial architecture and interior design.

As a result of working on a variety of project types in both the architectural and interiors disciplines she became the firm’s Director of Interiors to provide a more focused approach to the interior design needs of RBA’s clientele.  Alicia is in charge of all hotel and commercial interior design projects interfacing directly with the in house architects on almost every project.  While crafting projects from concept to completion she engages consulting engineers and the inner office design team to provide a comprehensive and resourceful approach to meeting RBA’s client’s interior design needs.  She enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their children.
