Master planning and Urban Design with a focus on
After crafting a vision for each project, we develop strong photorealistic imagery that tells the developer’s story. Throughout conceptual and schematic design, we engage all parties involved in the project in particularly productive design charettes and meetings in order to review the 3D rendered models and adjust as needed throughout design development.
Our construction documentation phase involves the most up to date Building Information Modeling (BIM) by both the architectural and interior design staff in conjunction with our consultants. Throughout design and documentation, information is transmitted through BIM 360 and offers immediate connection to workflows, teams and data – accessible from anywhere.
During construction administration, rba offers incomparable services to ensure the build materializes on time, on budget and in keeping with the original design concept.
Finally, upon completion, we walk the space with our clients and encounter the end users to recognize the impressions our buildings and interior environments portray. In a lessons learned approach, we ask for feedback during the final walk through in order to continue to improve our process in preparation for the next project.
Committed to delivering design interwoven with beauty and functionality, RBA is a collective of talented individuals, uniquely positioned to capture imaginations and provide thoughtful solutions to inspire the way we live, work and play. We believe that great projects start with exceptional people and a methodology for inspiration. The design phases of our process are fueled by collaboration and includes seven individual steps:
Examine methodically and in detail the structure of information for the purpose of explanation and interpretation.
Combine the information into a coherent whole.
Grow the building design into a mature, advanced solution.
Describe item by item each individual feature of the project.
Behave in reaction to questions or comments.
Notice and register progress of the project.
Formally handover the constructed project to the Owner.
